Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer standard and express shipping options worldwide using DHL, EMS, and UPS. The delivery method is your choice. Shipping takes from 1 to 14 days depending on your region.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@monosuit.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@monosuit.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items for return without prior authorization.

Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will not be covered by MONOSUIT. We kindly ask you to arrange and bear the expenses associated with returning the item to us.
